By registering an account, accessing, or using any service offered by Dewa22 through the dewa22.pro website or our official mobile app, you hereby agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

This agreement is legally binding and forms a contract between you ("Member") and dewa22 ("Platform"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required not to use our platform.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with dewa22's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, all of which form the complete agreement between the member and the platform.

To be eligible to register and use the dewa22 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at dewa22. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your actual date of birth.

Deposit Terms:

• The outcome of completed games is final and cannot be disputed except in cases of verifiable technical failure.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified once the game has started.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.

Dewa22 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game for maintenance, technical updates, or in exceptional circumstances requiring review.

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following while using the Dewa22 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools that enable automatic gameplay without human intervention.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or unlawfully exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Uploading, sending, or distributing content containing viruses, malicious code, or any elements that could compromise the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the systems, databases, or accounts of other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Making false accusations or defaming dewa22 or other members on the platform or in public channels.

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and Dewa22. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption and a two-factor authentication (2FA) system to protect your account.

• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

The dewa22 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, dewa22 is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
